Oluwole was the General Manager of Global Consulting Solutions Inc, also the policy analyst/Project manager at B.C Ministry of Energy, Mines and Natural Resources (EMPR) where he advised the government on renewable energy policies in British Columbia, Canada.
Under his leadership, WATT Renewable has designed and deployed hundreds and thousands of scalable, intelligent and sustainable power solutions, particularly across high demand sectors such as Network providers, TowerCo, C & I businesses and underserved communities.

She also serves as an Advisor to Capitalize Good, where she previously served as Chief Operating Officer.
Oyeyemi Oke

Oyeyemi is a multi-disciplinary professional with deep expertise spanning corporate and commercial law, tax, finance, and governance. Across the energy value chain, he has advised international energy companies on debt and equity financing, parent company guarantees, OML renewals, power project development, the fiscal regime in Nigeria’s petroleum industry, and tax aspects of production sharing contracts. He also advises corporates and individuals on company and personal income taxation, bringing strong commercial judgment and governance depth to board leadership.

Stephen has two decades of experience spanning across Private Debt / Equity, M&A, Trading and Cross-capital Structure Investment Strategy. Currently he is a Fund & Investment Manager at one of the largest BESS optimizers in the Nordics where Stephen is responsible for sourcing and executing investments, M&A, divestments, capital structure efficiency, debt financing through both public and private markets and capital raising strategy / structuring.
